Customer Product Review - Dry Shampoo

Today, one of our lovely customers was nice enough to send us a review of our Dry Shampoos! I have posted the review below:

"I have long, thick, wavy/curly and course hair. In order to maintain it I cannot wash it every day AND when I straighten it as I often do, it immediately gets greasy at the roots and is then visible. I have tried very inexpensive to veeeerrry expensive dry-shampoos and you have to let it either: sit on the hair before you brush it to see how much you need which can be annoying in a pinch; it stains everything if it matches your color (brown); leaves a white "halo" if "colorless." Even after all this the absorption stinks no matter how much or little one uses. And your hair still is icky/stinky. YOUR product has immediate absorption, smells fantastic, leaves hair looking freshly washed and styled, somehow makes it more manageable, silky and approachable (hahaha) is incredibly easy to apply and all for $9.50! Thank you!"

You can purchase our Dry Shampoo in over 200 scents at www.doctorsweettooth.com!

Customer Review

One of our delightful customers was nice enough to share a product review with you! We hope that you find it useful!

Thank you for the delightful products! The new marshmallow perfume just arrived and smells wonderful. I also was hoping to offer a quick comment on the other products in case it would be useful for your blog --- I always find that it's helpful to read actual reviews, and I was so happy with the products that I wanted to share:

Gingerbread body spray - This spray smells delicious. Exactly like the cookies, a pleasant fresh bakery smell.

Nutcracker solid perfume - I absolutely LOVE this perfume, and so does everyone around me. Several people have actually asked what the pleasant vanilla, cinnamony bakery smell is.

Cinnabuns solid perfume - Yummy, just like the product and the smell stays on really well. The room gel is also terrific. Many thanks, and I plan to order from you for the holidays!

A final note - this seller is terrific!

Flower Bomb Perfume Review

I received the Spring 2008 New Beauty Test Tube in the mail yesterday & it contained a sample of a perfume that I have never heard of! It is called Flower Bomb by Victor & Rolf. I opened it & first smelled the scent straight from the bottle. I was not impressed. BUT, then I dabbed some on my wrists & something magical happened! I could not stop smelling my wrists for hours (yes the scent lingers for HOURS). The scent reminds me of Lolita de Lempicka, which is one of my favorite fragrances. This fragrance has top notes of Bergamot & Tea; middle notes of Jasmine Freesia & Orchid; and base notes of Rose & Patchouli. Despite all of the floral notes in this fragrance it did not smell overly flowery to me. Not since Juicy Couture have I experienced a fragrance this wonderful and unique!

My Favorite Perfumes of All Time!

So, what does Doctor Sweet Tooth wear when not wearing one of her own scents? For as long as I can remember I have loved perfumes. It is impossible for me to pick an all time favorite, but after some thought I was able to compile a list of my top 6 favorite perfumes of all time:

1. Karl Lagerfeld's Sun, Moon & Stars Perfume. I have been a big fan of this one since high school. It is somewhat hard to come by now, but I did happen to find a new bottle a couple of years ago! This one brings back the memories of my "younger" years :)
2. Aquolina Pink Sugar Perfume. I can not say enough about this fun scent! I will never ever ever tire of this sweet number!
3. Betsy Johnson Perfume. To me this smells similar to Pink Sugar and I guess that is why I like it so much. I also love the bottle's unique colorful design.
4. Britney Spear's Fantasy Perfume. Although I am not a huge Britney Spears fan, I do have to admit that I love her perfumes. Midnight Fantasy almost made this list. This is another bottle that I am totally in love with!
5. Juicy Couture Perfume. This has to be one of the most unique scents that I have ever experienced! Who ever came up with this scent is pure genius! I love the long-lasting fruity scent!
6. Lolita de Lempicka. If I was forced to pick one favorite, I suppose I would choose this. I have been wearing this scent almost everyday since my husband gave it to me for Christmas! The scent is impossible to describe, but lets just say that not a day goes by with out someone asking me what I am wearing. Everyone seems to like this one! Gorgeous bottle too!
