Each container contains approximately 24 cubes. We recommend using four cubes per shower, so the container should last 6 weeks assuming you exfoliate once per week.

Recommended use: Store outside of your shower. Take 4 cubes into the shower or bath. Place cube in center of palm and crush using your thumb. Apply crushed cube to the desired area and lightly rub in a circular motion. Rinse. You should not exfoliate more than twice per week with this product. Not for use on the face.
